There’s a new standard icon for RSS feeds, adopted by both Microsoft and the Mozilla Foundation, so it’ll be in Internet Explorer, Windows Vista, all new versions of Mozilla Firefox and Thunderbird, and presumably a gazillion other places besides. Here’s an explanatory blog post.
I actually very much like it; it should be much friendlier for the general population than the orange box with ‘RSS’ in it. It’ll be interesting watching it spread across the web.
