This is a learning experience for us, and sometimes we’re bound to make mistakes. So many people asked for a free option on Elgg Spaces that we’ve decided to change our plans and offer one – and you’ll no longer be prompted for payment when you sign up. All new Elgg Spaces sites will default to the free (ad-supported) account tier.
We’ve been very pleased with the reaction Elgg Spaces has received, and we’ll continue improving the service. Hopefully you’ll agree that there’s now even more reason to go in and create your very own Elgg site.
