Richard MacManus has a poll over at Read/Write Web about web innovation, and whether it’s unique to Silicon Valley. I left a long comment, but what do you think?

If we pin it down further to the e-learning sphere, where is the real innovation happening? (And by innovation I mean the type that leads to products that can actually be used, as opposed to blue skies thinking.)
